In a daunting notice issued by the administration today, it has been confirmed that the B.E. End Semester Examination for the Even Semester of 2016, which were scheduled to take place in the second week of May, have been preponed by two weeks for all semesters. Instead of starting on 11th May, 2016, as scheduled, the examinations will now commence on 27th April, 2016.
There is a huge outcry among the students due to this recent update. The reason behind this rescheduling is said to be a rally conducted by the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the college campus in the third week of May, although no confirmation of the same has been received yet. To say that the students are furious and highly displeased would be an understatement. Sources from within the Student’s Affairs Council have agreed to take this issue to the higher authority. But till then, the rescheduled datesheet stands.
